Has the shattered result been removed from the game? We are in July 18 1941 of our PBEM game and neither one of us remembers seeing a shattered result yet. On the Russian front, a lot of surrenders.

The retreat rule has been changed from 2 hexes to 3 hexes. As such, there are less of them.
