I am an average player who more or less knows the mechanics. I would like to play 2 games with an opponent but I would prefer we do them 1 at a time then swap sides. I am on version 18. It appears that small fleet currently limits ports to 3 naval units so until that is fixed I'd be good with 1939 Italian Option or straight 1939. I'm interested in agreeing to limiting the BEF to some extent as well.

Workaround is to move ships one by one.
