I have them for SC-WaW. I'll see if I can contact Kirk23 as he did a NATO set for SC-ACW and made some changes for me. I believe I have his email address though its been a few years that we comm'd that way...it was mainly PMs from here.
I have the bitmaps installed in the games...but don't have the zipped files anymore.

I have seen that Kirk23 has again updloaded his counter mod this day, and the link in the above first post works again (Thanks to him, very nice counters ! )

A question for author, please : may I use these counters (or part of them) in my own work ?

Thanks a lot ! (I will essentially use the naval part : look of your naval counters does match exactly with what I searched for a "SC1" look)
