Got Allied Victorious from Matrix site and it doesnt recognize I have Order of Battle

I have the Steam version and likely should have just bought it there, but what is done is done and hopefully this can be resolved by something simple.
Basically I go to install it and it informs me that it does not detect I have Order of Battle installed and that I need to install it. The game is installed and up to date. My guess is it isn't where it was looking for it, but as far as I can tell, there are no settings or questions to help me direct it to where Order of Battle is on the computer.
Help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
