I have posted the scenario here. It is a fictional situation (at least for the time being) involving Poland and the Baltic States against Russia and Belarus.
I found this in the Alternate Wars Scenario Archive > TOAW3_Post_Cold_War > Hypothetical > Europe folder. The scenario was saved in the TOAW IV editor and runs in TOAW IV.
