I recently discovered I have a credit in the game. My friend found it... in the early 90s, before 5th edition I think, I sent an email to Harry Roland. I do not remember the exact details, but one thing for certain is that I mentioned that in addition to Soviet white print units, I thought it would be reasonable that MNT units also received the winterized benefit. I vaguely recall also mentioning that I thought Scandinavians should also get the benefit, but I am not so certain of that part... it was so long ago. I do remember being gratified when the changes came forward the following edition, although I never thought it was due to my email... evidently it was.

So if you lose Leningrad to a bunch of MTN units (and perhaps the Finns), you have me to blame .
