Is there a way to set up ships to use cruise missiles strikes with ToT on mulitple targets?

I made a strike mission of 3 building land targets all separated by 50 miles each. I set a Arleigh Burke destroyer armed with Tomahawks in a near location. I also set a certain ToT in mission editor. So far I have 2 issues:
1. The ToT works at the time I set it at BUT the ship fires the missiles all at the same time. But I would like the ship to fire the Tomahawks at separate times so all the missiles arrive at the 3 different targets at the exact same time. Am I setting up something wrong? or is this not possible yet in CMO?
2. I would set 2-3 missiles to destroy one of the building targets. Problem is when the first missile hits (and does not destroy the target) the ship automatically fires another missile even before the other missiles that are about to hit have a chance to destroy it. Is there a way I can set the ship to just fire certain number missiles at a target and not fire any more even if target is not destroyed? or do I have to manually force it out of the mission?
