From Alternate Wars Scenario Archive > TOAW3_WW2 > Mediterranean_Theater folder
Named "The Mediterranean 1940-41" in the aforementioned folder but unzips to "1940-43 Campaign for Mediterranean".
I ran it through the editor and here it is.
