Prior to a negotiated surrender, GE has conquered all of French North Afrika. What happens at negotiated surrender? Does it revert to being a neutral vichy minor with the GE units booted?

If so, what about if Italy conquers North Africa instead? Is there a difference in what happens once France's surrender is negotiated?

Frankly I don't remember its been so long. Look at the scenario notes. Test the 1940 scenario.
Long week for me so my brain isn't thinking straight.

Finally got around to testing it. I had the Italians run over all of Fr North Africa then GE took the negotiated surrender the turn after. All Italians were removed and the Fr Vichy was established.

Yes, once you accept the French surrender any Axis units in Vichy occupied areas get returned to the deployment queue.
