if axis player goes for "all France". the Event Tactical Bomber and Maritime Bomber for French don't trigger and this two units are definitily lost for allies.

If Germany does decide to go for all of France then the French automatically receive a Tactical Bomber and Medium Bomber in Algiers from the 3rd and 20th June 1940 respectively.

If neither have deployed in your game is it that Algiers is already surrounded by units, or fallen to the Axis?

in fact, it's a little different, axis player doesn't decide "all France", france surrenders without the event 602 being triggered. in this case, the planes don't go to the french or the allies. where did they go?

Ah, so is it the case that the Axis are capturing Algiers before the fall of France?

In which case it is difficult if not impossible to script for the Allies to receive these planes, as the settings are different from if Vichy is formed or not formed. I will think about it, but I am not sure it can be done.

Add a new US DE regarding keeping the planes or giving them to the UK, dependent upon Algeris becoming Axis.
"It appears the Axis are attempting a complete conquest of France, in light of this the planes on order to France could be sent to the UK or retained. The order will be filled on <fill-in-date>".

Then modify the existing one to not fire if the new has previously fired.
