Not sure how it happened but is their anyway to get the AI to bring that amphib back to port?

Will using fleet AI commands and using the Unit type ID for the AVL working in pulling it in to port? If yes will they disembark the unit or just sit in the port?

That amphib has been their for a few months now (screenshot) and has done nothing.

It sounds as though it has lost its previous plan and is in need of a new one, so I'd say yes, it's certainly worth a try.

Perhaps best to quickly test it all out in a small test campaign.
