My airborne aircraft on AAW Patrol missions are not engaging targets once they enter the Prosecution Zone. I've set the missions up as I always did prior to the latest beta release, so I don't think it is a mission set up problem.

Save file is attached. If you have a look at mission Bahrain CAP there is an enemy about to enter the Prosecution Zone.

You don't have investigate targets outside patrol area turned on. As soon as I set it, they go after the red unit.
