CLARIFIED - 1.00.081 - Canadian oil

In the game, Canada has a production of 5 oil points per turn. This is in the below location.

However, there is no option to export this oil to other countries. Perhaps I don't see the right option. But, for me, this oil can't be used at all.

Minors can not trade by themselves. They automatically send 2/3 (IIRC) of their production of ressources and all their production of oil to their controlling major power (UK I guess here). If their oil reserves fall too low, they stop sending the oil for one turn and keep it.

Thank you, this is explaining the 5 oil points that UK is getting each turn.
