[FIXED][1282.1] DB 496 missiles burning time are super low and ranges are super short

In the attached scenario we can see that even the target is already within 20nm, we still get a out of DLZ range if we try to manually fire the missile, and after we fired the missile the motors only burn for like 2 sec.

FYI: 1282 is not just having problem about shrunk DLZ than 1278, it seems run slower than 1278 using the same benchmark scenario and hardware/software.
Maybe the new code calculating the range for displaying in DB window also running on DLz calculations?

Just did a test and I don't think it's fully fixed, will start another post.
