I am re-installing CMO. Why am I being asked for a disk?

When I try to install this pop up keeps coming up asking for a disk or another place where files it needs might be and for me to insert a disk or provide the proper path.
Any ideas?

The installer comes in multiple chunks (IIRC an .exe file and then a .2 and .3 file with the same name). You need to download all of the chunks, place them in the same folder and run the installer. If you download only the exe file, it will look for the other parts, not find them and complain to you.

There is only one download available. (one for North America and one for EU)

I guess you are trying to install the game without extracting the zip file first.
So, extract de zip file to a temporary folder, and then run the exe file in that folder.
