This guy was attacked 5 times this turn and 5 times last turn. And it is still there. I am super surprised. This is a PBEM.

The low combat value attacks are always an issue. I put in special code to deal with this.

Give your Axis unit a couple turns to recover effectiveness then try again. They do eventually die off due to lack of supply.
