Faction Profile does not match info in Decision Archive [1.11.0] [GoG][CMOD]

See the two attached images.

I noticed a 'Faction News" report in the Decision Archive informing me one of the parties in my regime has had its "Commerce Profile increased to +++". However, the 'Factions Overview' tab reports their profile as "Commerce +".

Im glad to see that faction profiles do drift. But while Ive noticed changes reported in the ideology of individual leaders, I can not recall noticing any change in Faction profiles.

Presumably the profile had to change to 'Commerce ++' (double plus) before it changed to triple plus, so the profiles would be actually changing in the background and its just the 'Faction Overview' tab which isnt updating this information.

Loving the political system, and the way individuals and groups interact. For instance, how individuals tend to drift towards the ideological profile of their party. I play running different regime profile levels up and down, and so, with the idea that I can push one or another stat of my regime's profile by favouring a certain party, and thus have them generate the needed stratagems and events, Ive been watching the profiles of my different parties, of which there are five Im glad to say.

But throughout the entire game, I havent noticed a single change in a Partie's ideological Profile, that I can recall anyways. I wasnt watching too carefully.

Special bonus bug report: 'Replace' operation fails on Air Force units in Capital, when no logistics

This one is from a few tuns back for me. I blacked out my logistical lines for several turns and flew my planed back to the capital in an effort to put experienced aircrews in the newest plane designs, which were built and waiting at the SHQ. I tried several ways, and the dialog would tell me the Replacement had been done, I coldnt swap the crews and just kept playing.

About 10 turns later I tried this again, while my logistics had recovered, and it was successful.

I still have a save game of this (possible) bug, but since Ive already uploaded one, I'll say I can post save if needed.

Extra-Special Addendum query: Is this BP Overflow behaviour from the Supreme Command office as it should be? See yet another picture below. The penalties are cascading, which seems strange to me This should have been noticed before if it is, but is it a bug?

Thanks, and hoping any needed fixes make it in to the next big update.
