I am playing the "The Hills Have Eyes" scenario as the US with FOW on. When I looked around the map I saw many bunkers on the map that are no where near my units. I assume this a bug?

Hmm, I'll check the file when I get home.

Unless I misclassified the bunkers as Side A or Side A/B instead of just Side B.

Also, have you opted for Enhanced FOW, in the Optional Rules Dialog (at scenario start)? With Enhanced FOW toggled OFF, you would see Bunkers etc. as in the legacy game.
