Intermediate Historical Unit Editor?

Can anyone tell me what the column headings stand for in the Intermediate Historical Unit Editor? The headings read from left to right; Troop#, Qty#, Mor# and xp#. I think the Qty means quantity and Troop is type of unit/equipment. I am trying to fix a problem where US Airborne Artillery units do not have enough jeeps assigned to move all it's equipment and therefore they move by foot.

Thanks!
Oh, once I revise the "alliedmodels.dc4his" (I do rename it) how do I load it into my modded scenario? I pull up the simple editor an go to the dashboard but I can't figure out where the ".dc4his" file goes!

Here you can load all libraries. It's best to keep them under different names, but you decide

Sorry but when I follow your instructions, select allied models, then historical models and then load library the ".dc4his" files do not appear as an option. In the modellsbs folder I has three files; alliedmodels.dc4hs, alliedmodelshis.dc4hs and germanymodels.dc4his. It is one those file I have modded and now want to load it into my scenario. How can I do that?

"It's best to keep them under different names"
Change YOUR modified file to YOUR name. Then you will know what file to load.
Loading is replacing older library of the same theme.
Basic libraries are:
....models.dc4his
....troops.dc4troops
....officers.dc4off
follow RED circle

How many files do you have in your Modellibs folder? I have 3 ... alliedmodels.dc4his, alliedmodelsHis.dc4his and germanymodels.dc4his. How can I tell what ".dc4his" files are loaded into the canned WaR scenario? An what is this library information name "Ardennes 44"? I need to replace one of these alliedmodel file with the file I modified, although I think the alliedmodelHis file might be mine. So how do I replace the alliedmodels file? When I try to load the alliedmodelHis file I get the light blue popup window that tells me "You already have this library. Seems to be same version v40." It's seems to be telling me the "alliedmodelsHis.dc4his" file is already loaded!!
Oh, is there a way to display all the "files" that are attached to a particular scenario?
I really appreciate your help!! Thank you!

It's because YOU did not change version number of YOUR modified files. So the version numbers are the same.
I have different names for files, so I know which file take to replace, and
I say YES to replace (that already loaded file)

It sounds like I may have to create and load every library file there is for the game!!?? Each with a special name!? No that can't be right!
How do I change the version number? In the historical unit editor?
Oh, that alliedmodelHis file was mine, I did change the name! BUT, when I select far left change button in the blue popup window it asks me "Are you sure? This will cause a duplicate library." What should I do?? Should the game ask me to replace the current alliedmodel file? All this for 10 jeeps I added to the Airborne regimental battalion arty units!

Scenarios are separated from library files.
You may edit both.
But
When you want to see library changes take effect
in that particular scenario
you need to load it into scenario
and yes
it means you will replace
existing library IN scenario
don't be afraid
do it
replace
replace
replace
for those 10 jeeps
it's worth the effort!

Oh come on...
We both know he won't

And besides, it's more fun to see him make the mistake of saving the new scenario over the other one, just to experience all his work lost when there is an update to the game
Oh, damn, I gave a piece of advice there...

Thanks again for the reply. But what about the error message about creating a duplicate library? Is there anyway to list out what libraries a scenario has? Short of using the simple editor, and even then you don't see all the files.
Addendum; I did what you said and changed the alliedmodels file per simple editor but nothing happened. It seems to be still using the canned alliedmodels file. It appears the editor will not allow me to create a duplicate library, and yes I did change the alliedmodels.dc4his name.
I don't know if this is important but when I am in the Simple Editor/libraries/alliedtrooptype popup the Remove Library button is under intensified, not selectable.

library editing - unit composition editing (NOT during scenatio editing, lib need to be prepared before in intermediate editor, not simple)

You know what isn't fun? Being made fun of simply because you are trying to understand something complicated.
Everything is easy to do when you know how to do it.
Next time I see a comment like this, you'll get a warning.

I have seen your warning (that I'd get a warning next time). I agree that I should be given one. You should know the background though. I have communicated with you the reason for this. It does not fit my pattern, which the 10+ years I've been on here can attest to.

You were not being helpful you were mocking me. An I've been on this site for 20+ years and seen all sorts, and you are a common type. Your mocking comments are not appreciated, please restrain yourself from ever commenting on one of my threads!
By the way I posted this thread before I read Edmon's comment.

Yes, that is how I added the extra jeeps and I saved the library under a new name, BUT I get this duplicate library error and the editor won't load my new library. I think I need to replace the library not just load it.
Oh, the Master File message pops up should I say yes or no?
Thanks again!

Answer the question yourself:
Do you want to make lib file corrected by master file?
I always say no

I've just changed it so I am not gonna re-change it to be the same as master.
