I searched the forum before posting this message.

I recently got a new computer moved most of my games to the new systems and tested each one until I got to AB. It loads until it gets to invalid serial number. I'm at a lost on where to continue troubleshooting.

Any advice is welcome.

For these kinds of issues, it might be best to write directly to the Slitherine/Matrix technical support desk. Look in the upper right. There is a small letter symbol.
