Image Scaling in HQ Hierarchy Panel Feature

I would like the HQ Hierarchy panel to accept icon images of any size rather than the 20x20 px as currently hardcoded (see images when I replaced the NATO small icons with 256x256px ones)
That 'd allow the engine to use higher resolution images for the "_s_" NATO icons, which makes the game noticeably crisper (and less tiring to the eye) when looked at a fully zoomed out map.
This is a very low hanging fruit in terms of improving graphics. A test AT unit image at 256x256 is attached.
Tested with a large map/scenario and game performance does not seem impacted in any way.
