Using paratroops

Is there a button to do this? I have paratroops in CHina at 100% eff. and 2 air transports available. I like SC system where you just press parachute button.

No, you just select your unit and put your cursor where you want to do your air drop. Quite simple.
The cursor will change to show this is an air drop and not a land move.
If not, maybe the weather is not all right.

AND also.
1) Can only drop in enemy territory.
2) Can only drop 6 hexes out.
3) There has to be an air unit within range of the hex they are dropping into, may have to be 6 hexes away I can't remember.

Finally got it to work. Took a long time for unit to get to 100% after capturing ChangSa. One unit had paratroop symbol but not a paratroop.

Use supply trucks to boost up their effectiveness.
Paras are tough to code in the game. Before people were dropping them all over the place. I had to place some sort of simple restriction.
