Loop command has weird results if using Engineer

The event to put the Coastal Guns executed and I had an engineer in one of those spots. It got looped (while still trying to build a fort) and placed on Caen.

I am not able to cancel the fortification command, when I hit cancel the menu simply closes (screenshot below). This leaves me wondering if it will build a fort on Caen (which is not suppose to be possible). Will update if it actually builds the fort.

My recommended fix (to prevent exploits) any unit caught in a loop command if it is executing any special orders should have them canceled and reset as it the unit just arrived as a reinforcement.

Here is the result

The town of Caen has vanished off the map and replaced by the fort

Whoa!
Good catch.

Yeah Unfortunate Son cunningly used engineers to build fortifications in hexes destined to receive the Atlantic Wall coastal guns. I think that's alright. But this exploit if widely known would be used by a few unscrupulous folks I bet.

We need to expunge this thread haha.
