DLC Bug: 1943 scenario

I am playing axis side for new scenario 1943. VS AI
After Turn 1, Soviet start to attack with 0 loss and 1K Afv was destroyed.
Anyone encounter same problems?

Yes, it happens in my 1944 scenario aswell. I will post it in the tech forum.
