[WAD][1292.1] Escort ignores EMCON

Escort units does not use OECM while I set Active it in Mission Editor.
I made flight plan for this.

Yes, there seems to be problems in the GUI with all all sorts of Escort settings.

Hi KC45,
I double tested your scenario but I think everything is working as it should.
Please keep in mind that the Escort EMCOn is set via the "ESCORT EMCON/WRTA Tab" not via "EMCON/WRA" tab.
Here is a quick screen that shows that the escorts have their Radar ON as they should

I am not sure the WAD means
if I delete missions and built it again, there is no issues; thus this problem did not re-appear in current build.
