A few questions.

#1 At night, hex flashes expire at the end of their own turn. So it does not add up to a positive modifier in the case of an air strike or an artillery fire that takes place at the beginning of the next turn?

#2 I have not read the entire manual yet, maybe it is described somewhere, I will ask anyway. Does breaking the chain of command, for example, between the company staff and the battalion staff stop the replenishment of platoons? And does such a break in the chain between a battalion and a regiment cut the battalion from supplies?

hummm, mine dont seem to, you are speaking of the flashes from a unit firing in a night hex?

Now, the flares do, they go out before the offensive arty fire phase, which now makes me think, when I have arty hitting a previously lit hex, do I get the full effect of the round? or the night hex minus?

No. The flares do not impact Airstrikes or Artillery when they land the next turn.

No, it doesn't break the supply chain, it does reduce the chances of a resupply though, especially if the units are dispersed.

No, you suffer the night penalties.
