New Purchase American Civil War - Can't Updated.

Fixed with My Page File downloads!
I just purchased American Civil War... but I can not update to the current version. I get a message Unable to determine the Installed Version could not get the specified value's data.
It is a new install.

Same exact issue for me. Bought game last night. Were you able to resolved this?

The intended solution to get around this issue is to manually download the update from your My Page (top of our site).
Let us know if that works for you.
We are also interested in figuring out why this is happening for you.
- What operating system version are you running and is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
- If you are willing, please share a DxDiag with us for your system.
