Empires in Arms Serious Glitch

The game with serious errors after i updated with version 1.24.03. I have attempted two games as France as Human versus AIs, and i have experienced setup anomalies and worse:

1) Holland ship number availability doubled (30 ships rather than 15) - both games
2) Holland ground factor availability doubled - one game
3) Almost all French forces disappeared from the map before the July 1805 land phase, with the corps counters appearing in available forces - both games

Has anyone else experienced these glitches?
