Purchase issue

I am not being able to purchase the game. Is anybody else reporting the same problem?

I cannot purchase I have tried on Windows 11 and IPad I get unable to complete even though money in there also I’m from Canada.

Every time I tried to purchase it, the following message shows up: "Error shopping cart. The request cannot be fulfilled for the current shopper". And I am in the US. I hope they don't charge me for every unsuccessful attempt.

They have access to figure out why the order is failing in each case and help you find a solution.

Support response could be a day or so as they are very busy, and there have been some connection/server issues. Also, check your Spam and Junk folders for their response.

Sorry, you are having difficulties, and hopefully, it will be resolved soon.

Thank you. Hopefully the issue will be solved. It is odd, because I bought dozens of games from you guys.
