I purchased the game because I am a big fan of the Flashpoint Campaigns. I was reading that your wonderful developers will support this game with many DLC's and I look forward to it.

Just my initial formal assessment: wowweeee! Is that too formal? So far It is what I am looking for in a well done game. My thanks!

Now on to general nonsense which is nonrelated to Southern Storm....

I recently went on a game splurge and got the DLC's to WitE2 and PC2 (the 1944 DLC) and all I can say is that I am just not feeling those DLC's. I do not know why. I played Wite2 like crazy and PC2; however, I feel the latest DLC's are kind of flat.
Perhaps I am burned out of those two above-mentioned titles so this Southern Storm appears to be what I need to break me out of the wargaming blues.

Keep em coming tho! Many thanks

Hmmmm, sounds like your mind is getting to the point of content creation.

One thing I'd lke to highlight here is in SS, we have a "shallow end of the pool".

By that, I mean you can do some content creation without needing to do all the force creation and story narrative part, which is a huge part of making a scenario.

The shallow end is with an existing scenario meant to be played against the AI.

So what does that all mean?

You can edit a scenario, be it stock from the shipped game, a (future) DLC, or something built by a community member to add another COA (Course of Action) to the AI. In game terms, that's a Battle Plan. To share it, you publish a single file and anyone who wants to use it can just drop it in the scenario file.

I'm not going into detail with an example, because it would be spoilerific for shipped scenarios. DM me if you want. No promises on being really timely (24-48 hrs might happen). Things are busy for us Devs at the moment.

And all of the Content and Modding docs are in work now and will be out in the next few weeks as we get them done.
