Any way to get full screen mode ?
If not then I suggest this option and/or to be able to disable mapedge scrolling.
It is weird to have map edge scrolling without full screen, I personaly find this annoying.

Full screen mode (so automatically hiding the Windows task bar) is being looked into.

To disable map edge scrolling, set the scrolling area margins to 0 in the User Preferences.

TBH, scrolling is a pain in the game for those of us with multiple monitors. I've tried all of the different settings and it still is very difficult to make sure you don't jump over to your other monitor. Full screen would solve that issue. In the meantime, there are free programs that lock you onto one monitor that I use. (Dual Monitor Tools is what I use.)

I play with two monitors and have done so on two different computer and have no issues with scrolling the map on the side near the other monitors. Did you perhaps move the Core Floating Panels away from the right side of the map and push that map edge to the edge of the monitor where you flow to the next monitor? Maybe if you back it off a bit to the left it might solve the issue.

The issue is that if you move the floating panels as far right as you can in order to see as much of the map as possible, they block the pixels underneath them. The fix is I have to move the floating panels far enough left (thus further on my map) so the number of pixels (using default 40) are visible. It's kind of silly to have to block the view of more of your map in order to not scroll off the screen to your other monitor. We need either full screen or for the program to ignore the floating menus.
