When you right click a hex and pull up options to view Elevation, MCOO etc., Hex Obstacles and Road Net do not have any explanation in the manual of what they are representing and what they mean. Also, these are only accessible via right clicking a hex via from the Terrain Overlay tab like the rest of the viewing overlays.

sjwegmann, you are right, sir. I covered everything in the Terrain overlay menu, but forgot the right click, and we are missing those functions in the terrain menu. We will work on fixing both for the update in January. In the meantime, the road net shows the types of roads by a percentage rating. 100 for the autobahn, 90 for highways, 80 for roads, and 60 for rail lines. Hex-side obstacles show water obstacles blue with zero are only crossable with bridges or amphibious units, and the light blue with 1 is a stream that units can cross with some delay or terrain restrictions like steep slopes (red with 0) that are not crossable by units.
