Scenario Number, Beta Version Current Version is 1. I will keep a log of items raised either on the main Beta thread or in this one btw I am not saying all changes will be accepted but I will agree that we will review each one.

Also please raise any inconsistencies between scenarios

I get there is some issues with the new lower automatic supply and fuel generation off map and partial replacement by convoys - and we will review to ensure the mix is correct on that - but it won't be to the point that supplies are meaningless to the Allies in 42

But are you saying something else is going on as well ??

TF432 is misspelled "HMAS Adeilade" instead of "HMAS Adelaide".

Not a new thing per se, but I have always suspected that the Malayan Air Wing (unit id 6632) has its devices mixed up. Too many aviation support devices, too many support devices compared to the TOE. Support slots in wrong places. No matter what I do, this unit never undisables its devices before Singapore falls.



Come to think of it, this bloated unit represents free VPs for the Japs. The unit has a total of 135 surplus, disabled Allied devices, which translates into a free 45 VPs for the Japs.

Scenario 3 (Dec 8th full version) - Running the current beta 11.27.2. -- The scenario appears to be the same as scenario 1 and starts on Dec. 7th.

I'm a total newbie here and to the game, and hope this post is relevant. Iv'e covered the manual and watched a ton of videos, and wanted to use Kull's spreadsheet to help the learning process. I can start the "Quiet China" version and all the units seem correct, but I kind of want to handle China also.

I love this forum and have found a ton of awnsers to probably stupid questions. Anyway, disregard the post if it's not useful.

There is no Quiet China scenario option on the new scenarios - are you sure you installed onto a clean copy of the game ??

When I purchased the game, I did the intial install and then (from the Matrix page) installed the 1127 beta (supposed to be inclusive). Currently running version 1.8.11.27.2

Scenarios 8 and 9 are listed as Quiet China scenarios

And scenario 3 does start at December 7, 1941, not the expected December 8, 1941

Recurring theme in Burma. Bases Tenchung (base id 1642, S of Myitkina) and Fort Herz (base id 1643,E of Ledo) both have forts level 6.

Something that I saw although I did not take a picture of it. The Buffalo I has two centerline 50 caliber machine guns with an accuracy of 29, on all other aircraft that I checked the centerline accuracy is 58 or double what is showing for the Buffalo I. This would improve the Buffalo Is combat capability if the centerline gun had an accuracy of 58.

One thing about the big supply dumps for the Allies later in the game, it may help prevent an early Allied steamroller all over the map. Since SEAC was the last place on the supply list, that makes sense.

To be clear, fresh install means that you chose a new folder (like WITP:AE_beta), install the base game (v1.00.79 from September 2009) and then do the Update to v1127Beta without doing anything to the base game in between.

Weird I only did scen 1 - 7 and 10 - 22

I think 8 and 9 are legacy of the original build and simply werent over written

Not saying we are going to change it but we will keep an eye on it

It seems you are correct, I did not open the scenarios before, but I did now and neither are setup to use the new map. I would guess they need to be eliminated from the next build
