Hi guys and happy Thanksgiving,

I have got the most recent update for CMO yesterday on steam. After a 3GB update ,the relief+ Bathymetry layer is displaying only Relief layer , just like the way it was in CMANO and earlier CMO versions. Needless to say , it used to work and look perfect before that particular update.
I tried the usual troubleshooting but nothing has changed. I am running build 1297.1 with open beta enabled.
I am not getting any sort of an error message to report and not even sure if this was beta and to be released later or if something messed up with the update , so I will be attaching the screenshots.

I've got the same problem here.
As workarround I use BMNG and relief in parallel. The seafloor is not as nice as the bathy but gives an rough idea as well.

Is this a Steam install? (nevermind...just saw you had said steam at the beginning) Because it seems to be working in 1297.1, correct? Also what is meant by relief and Bathymetry in parallel? Aren't they the same setting?

I'm currently experiencing this on steam, Beta 1297.1 as well.

Unable to reproduce here, can you try deleting the bathymetry folder in \WW\Cache\Bathymetry and try again ?
(do a backup just in case).

I will give it a shot and update you lads

ok the files are empty where you specified , i tried deleting and relaunching , hoping for a steam update but it didn't happen
can anyone upload those files so it can be manually added ?

G i pulled out the existing \WW\Cache\Bathymetry folder and then restarted.

Notice the original (left in image) has folders 5,6,7,8,9 and the new folder has (right side in image) has folders 3,4,6,7,8.

Just checked my ini and the AllowInGameDownloads = True

I guess the number is just the "flight level" or zoom level of the map that gets cached. In my folder are folders from 3 to 9 but all empty.

I tried this several times , even tried verifying the game files on steam , same as before

Confirmed, and investigating. This issue appears to manifest only on the Steam public-beta distribution.

Relief is above sea level, bathymetry is below sea level.
