Firing Europe 1939 small fleet, this Italian DD group is with
Convoy Escort advancement. I remember the conclusion was to change it to
Warships advancement.

A little puzzled. Is there a new update/patch? I went to My Page and only saw 1.00.181 which is the version we are using in our PBEM. Thanks.

Not a new patch, this is the latest hotfix 1.00.182. See here:

Oh I see. It was solved in Europe 1939 scenario but it was not solved in Europe 1939 small fleet scenario.
Patch level 1.00.19.
