Hi, i dont know that did it happen after update to 1.0.8.6 but now my troop transports still waiting on enemy planets orbit and won't to drop troops on surface. But i saw that AI sometimes can invade other planets and sometimes their troop transports are stuck too on orbit and don't drop troops. But in messages i see that some planets are taken over by other empires.

I fought that maybe there are waiting for other ships but whole fleet is in range to assault the planet. Single ship won't drop troops to.

Maybe i try to downgrade to 1.0.6.4 to try play the same saved game.. but that is no solution.

Please zip up and post a save file that reproduces this issue for you.

Simply find troop transport fleets, there are on enemy orbits or nearby
