Playing in 1.11b
Finished a game and I was looking around the design logs of my units when I noticed an oddity.
Apparently Buggies are classified as APC,
Tank Destroyers and Heavy Tanks as Buggies
Other vehicles seem classed correctly, though I didn't get all the way up the tech tree. I don't know if this is fixed in the Beta patches, nor if the recon value is wrong. Is this a bug I should report?

There are indeed 2 bugs for recon, and it's still present in open beta:
- Heavy tank and Tank destroyers got 6 recon point! (they are the best scouts! ), they should have 0 bonus
- Buggies are like APC : 4 scout points instead of 6
