5.0.0.10 (Debug). Aligned Finland's CPs Missing?

1. MWIF version 5.0.0.10 (Debug) game file (wg.zip) attached.
2. Turn 4. Mar/Apr 1940, Axis #3.
3. USSR neutral (i.e., Germany & USSR are not at war).
4. USSR demanded Finnish borderlands, claim denied, USSR DOW Finland and German enforced peace during turn 2, Nov/Dec 1939.
What happened to Finland's CPs? At the time on turn 2 when peace was enforced they had 3 on the map. Now when Germany aligns Finland, Finland doesn't have any CPs?
