Entente ships trapped

Had a strange situation happen where Entente ships were blockading Constantinople when Turkey withdrew from the war. Game trapped the ships in the bay.

Hopefully they will be moved to the Aegean Sea shortly, please confirm.

Sorry about that, there must be a loophole in the scripts somewhere, I'll investigate this and fix it for the next patch.
