Opening Background Screen

The opening background art is fantastic. The problem is that is covered by campaign section menu, etc. Then when you start a game it grays out. I noticed SC American Civil War is slower to start up than War in Europe, etc. Keep the art work bright. I enjoy it and feel a little let down when waiting. Kudos to the artist!
