Map scroll and zooming problèms

Hi, great great game, thanks a lot for all that work.
I have 2 problèms:
1- I can't go up when I put my mouse on top of the screen. It works when I go down, right an left but not up.
I have to click on the mini map to see what's going on north of he map.
Annoying.
2- zooming is lagging during two or three seconds (with the Window's blue circle) and then it's zooming with multiples step. It's the same problems when I use my mouse's scrolling button or the mini map's zoom.
Really annoying, almost unplayable...

16 Go ram
Windows 10 64
UHD graphic 630 and GTX 1050 Ti
Game settings are not change
General
200 / 1000 / 5 / 1
Scrolling and sound
all on 50 (same problems if I'm selected map or program)
150 / 1 / 52

Do you think I have to change some parameters or is it a bug ?

Thanks for reporting these problems. The recent update (2.1.0.6819) should fix problem #1. In the preferences, make sure you have 'Program' selected for the Scrolling Parameters.
The first time you zoom in, the game may take a bit of time to prepare the maps, apply desaturation, etc. Subsequent zooms to the same magnification within the scenario should be quick.
If not, please let me know, and let me know what you have on the screen.
