CLARIFIED - 1.00.182 - While we are at convoys

First thing:
Persia. It says 5 oil is sent to UK each turn. But the link with Arabian Sea lane is not there. So, it can't sent it. Yet, the 5 MM theorically used are indeed counted since in the 141 MM used by UK.

Oh I see, thanks. So then back to the other question about the 24 value.
UK shows 5 oil agreement with Persia.
UK shows 5 oil agreement with Iraq.
France shows 5 oil agreement with Iraq.
Iraq has a total of 15 oil but it is not yet invaded by UK.
As such, the convoy lane should show 15 if I am correct.

Poland. If Germany doesn't take the key rail hexes on the first turn Poland will ship resources to the UK via Turkey. That is where the extra amount is coming from. 99% of the time this isn't an issue.

Yes got it now. 5 + 5 + 5 + Poland (2 + 2 + 5) = 24. All good then.
