Method to reproduce this issue:

• Start the game

• Open Europe 1939 scenario

• Press Y toggle

• Convoy names are appearing correctly like in the below screenshot

• Close the scenario and go back to the main menu

• Open Europe 1939 small fleet scenario (but it can be the Europe 1939 scenario too)

• Press Y toggle

And nothing is happening. The convoy names are not displayed anymore. You are obliged to restart the game.
