[FIXED] 1299.1 Blank Weapons WRA Form

Hi guys
Sorry to say a WRA form when blank on me while changing a PL-12's value to 75%. I took a screenshot and save. The form wasn't able to reload but stayed blank despite reopening and closing the dialog. I restarted CMO complete and the form reappeared. In far better news the exception log may have caught it. Attached.

Just had it happen again. The problem survived a scenario reload (not CMO restart) so does seem GUI state related.

I still have this issue in 1302.1, but the exception is different:
