Is it possible to have a minors units be inherited by its parent major power so they are no longer considered a minor but instead as part of the major?

The only real mechanism is via the Free Unit scripts, which only kick in if the Minor surrenders and its units are on other, allied, territory when it does so, with a good chance via the script of fighting on.
