Just wanted to mention that all the recent 4.01 and 4.02 updates have installed flawlessly, which is truly amazing.

However, I did have a snag with Middle East '67 with an Israeli depot bmp file. The problem was resolved by deleting that existing file.

May have just been my installation, but wanted to post in case others have had this issue.

Great job, WDS!

The opening screen for LBH says demo on it but it seems to be the full game.

All WDS Demos are full fledged games. They just give you a taste of the series, which offers more massive scenarios and variations.

Scrolling through the list of games, there are six that are free. There is one other game that I do wish to look at a little more.

Little Big Horn has the full battle included but all the other "free" games just give you a teaser of the series they are from so they are really just demos. I dloaded all of them and tried them out. Most are just 8 -12 turn battles with one having a 66 turn battle. LBH has a 250+ turn battle. They are all worth checking out to see if you like the system, all John Tiller games use the same basic system though so you really only need to try one demo.

Ha, the post above made me worry about RangerJoe for a moment. Very funny.

Regarding WDS, I have all the Modern Campaign series from the HPS days. But ironically, the free Vietnam demo may be one of the most interesting. And I am still amazed how they will offer these demos with the scenario editor tools fully unlocked.

But none of this takes away from the honestly great titles here at Matrix. I think the two companies' products complement each other very well.

Well, somehow I messed up my left ankle so I figured that picture would be appropriate. I think that the after affects of a medication that I was prescribed for a kidney infection was not worth it, a different prescribed medication would have been better.
