Build 1301.1 Release Notes (changes from B1300.1)

* ADDED: "Add loadouts to magazine" function in context-menu on Air-Ops window. Example: https://i.imgur.com/Ucv8n5p.png . This is the GUI equivalent of the existing Lua method. This satisfies the request in this thread: https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... 0&t=391343
* TWEAK: Contact emission strings are now a little brighter even when very fainted out
* TWEAK: When displaying identified contact emissions, show only the emitter name (not description)
* FIXED: Manual Speed not Equal
* FIXED (partly): [B1300.1] Loading large (122K+ AU) .scen file take very long time.
* FIXED: Releasing references was clearing loaded scenario's message log
* FIXED: Passive sonar detection not happening at CZs
* Various tweaks in caching of downloaded DB images
* Includes all current player-created quick-battle templates.
