Hello all, I recently purchased this game on Steam however it crashes whenever I try to launch it with the reason given that the steam wrapper could not be found and thus the steam initialization failed. From what I have gathered on the steam discussions I have tried to verify game files, reinstall, and run the game as an administrator but I still have the same problem.

Are you launching from Steam? What drive is your steam installed?

I have tried pressing the "play" button in the Steam client, the shortcut on my desktop, and the exe in the game folder all to the same result. My Steam installation is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Flashpoint Campaigns Red Storm

Do you have an anti-virus running, and what type is it? Did you also get the Germany Reforged DLC?

The only antivirus I have running is Windows Defender which records multiple instances of the game for some reason, which I believe increase as I attempt to start the game. These are the instances I found after running the game initially: and these are the instances that showed up after I restarted it: The three on the top have no properties while the two on the bottom appear to show the correct information.
I have tried to uncheck and check the boxes to see if the game will work but the problem does not go away even while running as administrator.

I have managed to copy the Germany Reforged steam key from my account and redeemed it with the Matrix Games account; however it is unable to download without the main game, that I did not receive a Steam Key for.

Can you please post a screenshot of your "/Steamapps/common/Flashpoint Campaigns Red Storm" folder so I can see all the files and folders? Thanks.

Here. Sorry for the wait, I had to go on a trip.

It matches my folder. Have you tried file verification via Steam?

I have tried both verifying the integrity of game files and uninstalling/reinstalling the game but the issue persists.

Baffling. What Windows are you running? Have you tried to Start the game with your AV off? Wouldn't keep it off, but to see if that is where the blocker is.

I am running Windows 10. I have turned my antivirus as well as Windows Defender off to see if it changes, but there is no difference.

I will run this across to the rest of the team and see if they have any ideas.
