Build, Steam Beta 1297.1 to 1301.1, Using Ryzen 9 5950X & RTX 3080 Ti

I'm experiencing a large performance drop using build 1301.1 compared to 1297.1.

When running the scenario in 1297.1 the pulse time is around 50 to 120ms but using 1301.1 it is between 2000 to 3500ms the game almost locks my computer.

I have included the scenario i was using to replicate just play at various speeds was not doing anything game play related. I've also included the logs. I wanted to include benchmark but after ten minutes on 1301.1 it couldn't finish or get anywhere near completing the benchmark scenario.

The second thing i've noticed on Steam Beta 1297.1 is when validating its constantly missing 2-3 files this happens over and over even after acquiring the files, i mention this incase it is related to the missing Bathymetry Layer on the Steam beta version which is still missing in 1301.1. If anyone knows a way i can find out which files its missing id be happy to post the details.

I've noted similar moving from 1300.1 to 1301.1.

i've seen the same. had to reboot twice to clear whatever it is/was.

Fix confirmed. It was awesome to see all cores working at ~70% simultaneously though lol!
