Are the missions as hard as boot camp?

It seems like no matter what I do I lose on the Boot camp missions.
Boot camp 3 I captured all the objectives and sent A company home. I let the first capture hill go in the beginning since i got a message that said i didn't need to capture all objectives to win and when I tried to keep that hill the scenario would go past too many turns to win.

I didn't lose a single unit too. My tunnel rats didn't find any troops but found supplies it couldn't capture. I did kill off a bunch of their troops too.

Are all the levels this hard? Should I just give up cause this game seems impossible. Not even WDS games are this hard.

If you watch the Bootcamp 3 video I listed below, it shows you in detail how to win, as I play it through with a victory at the end.

But no, the Bootcamps are generally more complicated to win, as they are getting you to follow instructions more explicitly, as there are a lot of differences from the older Campaign Series game that need to be understood and grasped.

If you feel confident that you know what you're doing, I'd recommend giving OPERATION STARLITE a go. This has more operational freedom, but you still should pay attention to the briefing and understand what you have to do in order to win. There are some ways to win that are better than others.

Definitely don't give up though! There's lots of fun things to explore in the game!

You can join the Campaign Series Discord and I can give you some help, if you want it.

Good to hear, Ill press on through then. Just making sure its not as rigid and restrictive to win on every scenario. When turn based strategy games become to restricted it starts to feel more like a puzzle game than a strategy game. I like the fact I can lose cause of random variables. Does make it interesting.
